I had the pleasure of working with Special People as a support worker for 7 months while pursuing my MSc in psychology. During my time there, I received excellent guidance and support from staff members Angelique, Marsida, and Trisha, who were always available to answer my questions and provide me with the tools I needed to succeed in my role.

Special thanks goes to Alison for providing me with a smooth onboarding process as a new employee. She ensured I felt comfortable and prepared on my first day by walking me through all the necessary training. Her attentiveness and encouragement made the transition into my new position stress-free and engaging.

Over the course of my employment, I gained valuable hands-on experience in the field while being able to apply the knowledge from my graduate studies. The welcoming environment at Special People enabled me to grow both professionally and personally.
