We operate the Special People Holiday Scheme at the premises of Richard Cloudesley School in Islington alongside term-time support for children with PMLD, complex medical needs and physical disabilities
What we deliver
- 1:1 specialist support, personal care and mobility assistance
- Community engagement activities and enriching trips
- Close joint-working with teachers, therapists and clinicians
- Based at Richard Cloudesley School and running during school holiday periods, with on-site term-time support
- Participation from 10+ local authorities across our holiday schemes and specialist programmes
- Experience delivering under multiple frameworks and spot contracts across London boroughs
Activities include
- Arts, sports and sensory sessions (on-site and in the community)
- Small-group activities and 1:1 support tailored to individual needs
- Zoo visits, museums and local parks
Impact: Our track record shows we can work effectively with multiple commissioning teams, meet framework standards and sustain high-quality, complex provision during holidays and term-time.
Evie’s Night Owls Collaboration
In partnership with Evie’s Night Owls, we support children with autism, learning disabilities, complex behavioural needs and sleep‑related challenges.
- Overnight support and reliable respite packages
- Highly flexible 1:1 night support (waking or sleeping nights)
- Structured routines and positive behaviour support at night
- Care coordinated with families, schools and clinicians
Palace for All Holiday Scheme
We collaborate the Palace for All Holiday Scheme for children and young people with additional needs.
