Our short breaks services allow children and adults to spend time away from their main carer or family home. This allows parents or carers to do other activities and gives them a break from their caring responsibilities.
We support service users in the community or within the home. Our flexible approach ensures you get a service that is tailor made for you and takes into ccount your personal needs and preferences. Our placements team will match a dedicated support worker to care for you or your loved one.
Our short break packages start at a minimum of two hours’ support.
